Underline berbackground + hover (Like Mine)

hari ini aku akan mengajarkan cara membuat underline berbackground seperti aku dan kalau terkena hover akan berglow XDmau tahu caranya??ikuti langkah-langkah dibawah ini!

Hello, here is Lulu at your service. Fifteenagers from Indonesia. I draw alot and I play RP too ((i dare you know my rp acc)). There's plenty series I like besides Naruto. I can't mention all of them but my most favorite is Akatsuki no Yona, Ansatssu Kyoushitsu, Pandora Hearts and Kyoukai no Kanata.

Theereeee sooo many fav character(s) but my always was and always be is Uchiha Sasuke! I must protect him with all might!
